With a career built at the intersection of operational excellence and leadership development, Chloe brings deep expertise in managing complexity, driving growth, and developing leaders who thrive under pressure.

As former Head of Retail at Strand, Chloe led a 260-store network across Australia and New Zealand — overseeing customer experience, team performance, and commercial results while launching new brands, expanding operations, and leading change at scale. Her hands-on, strategic approach helped lift performance across every level, from the sales floor to the boardroom.

Known for her energetic warmth, grit, and clarity, Chloe brings real-world insight and coaching skill to every engagement. She’s designed and delivered leadership conferences, development workshops, and strategic planning sessions — always aligning growth with tangible business outcomes. Chloe also leverages her yoga teacher training to keep things grounded and connected to purpose.

Her facilitation style is warm, insightful, and always grounded in what matters most: building confidence and capability in leaders at every level.

Rhiana supports individuals to grow their self-awareness, lean into feedback, and understand how their everyday behaviours shape team culture and wellbeing. She brings leadership theory to life through real stories, practical tools, and a healthy dose of empathy and authenticity.

Over the years, Rhiana has worked both inside large global organisations like IBM and KPMG and as a trusted independent consultant across a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, government, aged care, consulting, IT, banking, and more. She’s led the design and delivery of end-to-end learning programs, partnered with senior stakeholders, and facilitated countless workshops with impact.

With a background in civil engineering and project delivery, Brian has held senior executive roles around the world, delivering complex programs and advising organisations on risk (seeing opportunities), governance, and strategy.
