Loren brings a dynamic blend of operational excellence, sales acumen, and learning and development expertise to her role. With a strong background in senior leadership across diverse industries, she is recognised for her strategic clarity, commercial insight, and ability to build enduring, high-value relationships.

Loren has a proven track record of building, leading, and retaining high-performing teams with vibrant, people-first cultures. Her coaching approach to leadership fosters both accountability and growth, creating environments where individuals thrive and deliver meaningful results.

Known for her authenticity, energy, and purpose-driven approach, Loren works with her teams and clients to elevate their impact from the inside out. She holds an Executive MBA and actively contributes to the community through her role on the Board with Down Syndrome Victoria.

Sam is the calm, capable engine behind the scenes, ensuring that every engagement runs smoothly, efficiently, and with genuine care. As a mum of three, she’s no stranger to logistics—and it shows. Her ability to juggle competing priorities, manage timelines, and stay focused under pressure is second to none.

With a professional background spanning banking, insurance, and retail, Sam brings a wealth of organisational know-how and a deep commitment to service. She is known for her diligence, reliability, and attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of program delivery — from onboarding and scheduling to communications and outcomes — is handled seamlessly.

Sam’s structured approach keeps the team on track and clients supported at every stage. Her blend of warmth and precision means participants always feel looked after, and nothing falls through the cracks. Whether it’s coordinating complex projects or ensuring the little things are never missed, Sam helps set the stage for successful, impactful experiences.

Louise Duncan brings over 30 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and psychotherapy, working with individuals and teams to create safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces. With a unique ability to build trust and challenge the status quo, she designs transformative learning experiences that foster deep self-awareness and immediate, actionable change.

Blending traditional leadership development with psychological insight, Louise enhances emotional intelligence, resilience, and cohesion across diverse environments. She brings warmth, humour, and empathy to her facilitation—supporting clients through change with compassion and clarity.

Dina Pozzo

Dina Pozzo is a dynamic facilitator, coach, and speaker with over 25 years of international experience in learning and organisational development. Known for her natural enthusiasm and ability to quickly build meaningful connections, Dina creates powerful shared learning journeys grounded in curiosity, challenge, and growth.

With a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne and accreditation in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™, Dina is passionate about cultivating courageous, values-driven leadership. Her work combines evidence-based practices with genuine curiosity—empowering individuals and teams to build confidence, develop capability, and take action that aligns with both personal values and organisational goals.

Dina’s approach is client-centric, collaborative, and transformative. Whether in workshops, keynote presentations, or one-on-one coaching, she helps people unlock their potential, strengthen wellbeing, and embrace sustainable, strengths-based change.

She has presented on courageous leadership at three World Congresses on Positive Psychology and continues to work across industries including pharmaceuticals, education, entertainment, healthcare, sport, manufacturing, and the not-for-profit sector.

Sean Kirk

Facilitator & Coach

With over 20 years’ experience in leadership development and coaching across Australia and Asia, Sean combines strategic thinking with deep psychological insight to help leaders and teams thrive. His background includes leading large teams in both SMEs and multinational corporations, as well as consulting with ASX100 companies and global organisations across sectors.

Grounded in a lifelong interest in psychology, performance, and human potential, Sean brings empathy, clarity, and challenge to his coaching and facilitation. His expertise includes stakeholder management, multicultural collaboration, strategic planning, and high-performance team development.

Having lived and worked extensively in five different countries, Sean is especially skilled at supporting geographically and culturally diverse teams. He holds a Master of Coaching Psychology and HR Management, a Law degree, and brings a rich toolbox of frameworks and methods to every engagement.

Brian Sands

Brian Sands is an experienced executive, facilitator, coach, and advisor with over three decades of experience driving large-scale financial financial turnaround, operational transformation and business growth.

With a background in civil engineering and project delivery, Brian has held senior executive roles around the world, delivering complex programs and advising organisations on risk (seeing opportunities), governance, and strategy. 

Brian has led large public companies and private enterprises, working locally and internationally with boards, owners, and executive teams to drive change, improve execution, and build capability. Brian believes that strategy without systemised operations, empowered teams, and data-driven decisions is just theory.

Known for his calm clarity and sharp thinking, Brian helps individuals and teams tackle complexity, align around strategic goals, and lead with impact, even in high-stakes environments. He is passionate about helping leaders connect commercial rigour with human-centred leadership to drive meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Ian brings practical, commercial insight to every session, paired with a deep understanding of what it takes to lead well. He knows that building, maintaining, and protecting a healthy culture requires intentional effort, clear communication, and strong leadership.

Rhiana is a passionate learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience helping leaders grow. She’s known for creating learning spaces that feel safe, energising and thought-provoking, where people can pause, reflect deeply, and walk away with real lightbulb moments. Her facilitation style is warm, insightful, and always grounded in what matters most: building confidence and capability in leaders at every level.

Rhiana supports individuals to grow their self-awareness, lean into feedback, and understand how their everyday behaviours shape team culture and wellbeing. She brings leadership theory to life through real stories, practical tools, and a healthy dose of empathy and authenticity.

Over the years, Rhiana has worked both inside large global organisations like IBM and KPMG and as a trusted independent consultant across a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, government, aged care, consulting, IT, banking, and more. She’s led the design and delivery of end-to-end learning programs, partnered with senior stakeholders, and facilitated countless workshops with impact.

Proudly coming from a culturally diverse background, Rhiana is especially passionate about supporting people from multicultural communities to lead with confidence. Chloe Penwarden is a commercially savvy leadership coach and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience leading high-performing teams and shaping people-first cultures. With a career built at the intersection of operational excellence and leadership development, Chloe brings deep expertise in managing complexity, driving growth, and developing leaders who thrive under pressure.

As former Head of Retail at Strand, Chloe led a 260-store network across Australia and New Zealand — overseeing customer experience, team performance, and commercial results while launching new brands, expanding operations, and leading change at scale. Her hands-on, strategic approach helped lift performance across every level, from the sales floor to the boardroom.

Known for her energetic warmth, grit, and clarity, Chloe brings real-world insight and coaching skill to every engagement. She’s designed and delivered leadership conferences, development workshops, and strategic planning sessions — always aligning growth with tangible business outcomes. Chloe also leverages her yoga teacher training to keep things grounded and connected to purpose.
