Chloe Penwarden is a commercially savvy leadership coach and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience leading high-performing teams and shaping people-first cultures. With a career built at the intersection of operational excellence and leadership development, Chloe brings deep expertise in managing complexity, driving growth, and developing leaders who thrive under pressure.

As former Head of Retail at Strand, Chloe led a 260-store network across Australia and New Zealand — overseeing customer experience, team performance, and commercial results while launching new brands, expanding operations, and leading change at scale. Her hands-on, strategic approach helped lift performance across every level, from the sales floor to the boardroom.

Known for her energetic warmth, grit, and clarity, Chloe brings real-world insight and coaching skill to every engagement. She’s designed and delivered leadership conferences, development workshops, and strategic planning sessions — always aligning growth with tangible business outcomes. Chloe also leverages her yoga teacher training to keep things grounded and connected to purpose.

Rhiana is a passionate learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience helping leaders grow. She’s known for creating learning spaces that feel safe, energising and thought-provoking, where people can pause, reflect deeply, and walk away with real lightbulb moments. Her facilitation style is warm, insightful, and always grounded in what matters most: building confidence and capability in leaders at every level.

Rhiana supports individuals to grow their self-awareness, lean into feedback, and understand how their everyday behaviours shape team culture and wellbeing. She brings leadership theory to life through real stories, practical tools, and a healthy dose of empathy and authenticity.

Over the years, Rhiana has worked both inside large global organisations like IBM and KPMG and as a trusted independent consultant across a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, government, aged care, consulting, IT, banking, and more. She’s led the design and delivery of end-to-end learning programs, partnered with senior stakeholders, and facilitated countless workshops with impact.

Proudly coming from a culturally diverse background, Rhiana is especially passionate about supporting people from multicultural communities to lead with confidence. Through coaching and connection, she helps them embrace their identity, celebrate their unique strengths, and navigate the complexities of corporate Australia with clarity and courage.

Ian draws on a rich background in international senior leadership, logistics, and entrepreneurship—as both a CEO and founder of two businesses. His coaching and facilitation are grounded in decades of hands-on experience, having led large-scale teams and transformative business initiatives across Australia and the UK, delivering multi-million-dollar outcomes.

Ian brings practical, commercial insight to every session, paired with a deep understanding of what it takes to lead well. He knows that building, maintaining, and protecting a healthy culture requires intentional effort, clear communication, and strong leadership.

Annabel Rolley is a registered psychologist, professional golfer, and media presenter who brings a unique blend of energy, depth, and insight to her coaching and facilitation. With a strong foundation in performance psychology, Annabel helps individuals unlock their potential and achieve success—on and off the course.

Brian Sands

Facilitator, Executive Advisor & Interim CEO

Brian Sands is an experienced executive, facilitator, coach, and advisor with over three decades of experience driving large-scale financial financial turnaround, operational transformation and business growth.

With a background in civil engineering and project delivery, Brian has held senior executive roles around the world, delivering complex programs and advising organisations on risk (seeing opportunities), governance, and strategy. 

Brian has led large public companies and private enterprises, working locally and internationally with boards, owners, and executive teams to drive change, improve execution, and build capability. Brian believes that strategy without systemised operations, empowered teams, and data-driven decisions is just theory.

Known for his calm clarity and sharp thinking, Brian helps individuals and teams tackle complexity, align around strategic goals, and lead with impact, even in high-stakes environments. He is passionate about helping leaders connect commercial rigour with human-centred leadership to drive meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Sean Kirk

With over 20 years’ experience in leadership development and coaching across Australia and Asia, Sean combines strategic thinking with deep psychological insight to help leaders and teams thrive. His background includes leading large teams in both SMEs and multinational corporations, as well as consulting with ASX100 companies and global organisations across sectors.

Grounded in a lifelong interest in psychology, performance, and human potential, Sean brings empathy, clarity, and challenge to his coaching and facilitation. His expertise includes stakeholder management, multicultural collaboration, strategic planning, and high-performance team development.

Having lived and worked extensively in five different countries, Sean is especially skilled at supporting geographically and culturally diverse teams. He holds a Master of Coaching Psychology and HR Management, a Law degree, and brings a rich toolbox of frameworks and methods to every engagement.
