Her facilitation style is warm, insightful, and always grounded in what matters most: building confidence and capability in leaders at every level.

Rhiana supports individuals to grow their self-awareness, lean into feedback, and understand how their everyday behaviours shape team culture and wellbeing. She brings leadership theory to life through real stories, practical tools, and a healthy dose of empathy and authenticity.

Over the years, Rhiana has worked both inside large global organisations like IBM and KPMG and as a trusted independent consultant across a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, government, aged care, consulting, IT, banking, and more. She’s led the design and delivery of end-to-end learning programs, partnered with senior stakeholders, and facilitated countless workshops with impact.

With a background in civil engineering and project delivery, Brian has held senior executive roles around the world, delivering complex programs and advising organisations on risk (seeing opportunities), governance, and strategy.

With over 20 years’ experience in leadership development and coaching across Australia and Asia, Sean combines strategic thinking with deep psychological insight to help leaders and teams thrive. His background includes leading large teams in both SMEs and multinational corporations, as well as consulting with ASX100 companies and global organisations across sectors.

Grounded in a lifelong interest in psychology, performance, and human potential, Sean brings empathy, clarity, and challenge to his coaching and facilitation. His expertise includes stakeholder management, multicultural collaboration, strategic planning, and high-performance team development.
